(PT) TemporaryBabel2D é um jogo de física estocástica sobre bibliotecas, tempo, coisas temporárias e permanentes. Interpretas dois rapazes na paisagem mental do conjunto de construção da Torre de Babel, um espaço onde o tempo oscila e a perspectiva curva-se. Tens 1h para passar por 100 níveis e chegar ao bibliotecário no topo, guiando e abrindo caminho para os teus avatares com interacção de toque e de som, através de vários leitores, hiperskates e estantes a cair na biblioteca. https://s373.net/x/TemporaryBabel2D.

(EN) An amusing and minimalist game, about libraries, time, temporary and permanent things. An interactive installation where you play in the mind-scape of the Babel Tower construction set, a space where time oscillates and perspective bends. You have 1h to reach the librarian at the top, guiding your avatars with touch and microphone interaction, through the several readers, hyperskates and bookshelves falling at the library, making the temporary architecture of Temporary-Babel2D.

A Borges-Bruegel inspired stochastic physics game with 100 levels of increasing difficulty on an hour timed constrain. Can you read, sing, touch or even shout your way to the top under the hour? Schh. You are not supposed to make disturbing sounds while in the universal library. In the game, touch input directs the forces applied to the player, while making sounds within the game’s depicted library captured through the microphone slows time down, and excites the librarian heptagon at the top, dancing with your noise and the library’s music, whom you must touch to keep escalating the Tower. In this temporary Tower of Babel of two dimensions, it seems everything is perpetually crumbling down and falling on top of you, lines from poems you recall from rooms, rectangular books, shelves, sometimes entire walls of books, triangular hyperskates.http://s373.net/x/TemporaryBabel2D.
